As a member, you'll enjoy access to special offers and rewards that grow with you - with each tier bringing more exclusive rewards, offers, experiences, and gifts to enjoy along the way.

Our loyalty program offers you an opportunity to accrue Collector points on all purchases in-boutique and via our online store. These points allow you to move throughThe Collector program, and enable access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards. You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in-boutique and via our online store, excluding the value of shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order.

Collector points allow you to progress through the tiers of our Henne loyalty program and receive access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards.

To welcome you to our community, we have rewarded you with 100 bonus points for creating your loyalty account. If bonus Collector points have not been received, we kindly ask you to reach out to customercare@henne.com.au.

All Collector points are collected in AUD. Points will automatically be calculated to reflect the conversion from your local currency.

Collector points are rewarded after an order has been fulfilled. Please kindly note, any cancelled orders will not accrue loyalty points, and points will be deducted from the account upon any returned orders.

Your tier status can be checked at any time, anywhere by logging into your The Collector by Henne account and reviewing it via your Account page.

Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed annually, from the date the account has been created. Throughout the 12-month period, you are able to earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or potentially move up a tier. If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next tier. If you do not accrue the minimumCollectorpoints for your tier within 12 months, your status will resume to the below tier.

When you receive this notification, you have earned enough Collector points to qualify for the next tier. Brava!

Tier status for the next 12 months is dependent on the number of Collector points accrued prior to tier expiry. If you have resumed to the below tier, this is because the qualifying point total has not been met prior to this date.

Our loyalty rewards are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to Henne. Our rewards offer a hand-curated selection of exclusive offers, gifts and experiences. Tiers and included rewards can be found via your  Accounts Page.

Of course. Rewards are eligible to be used or redeemed in-boutique, subject to availability.

Your birthday reward will be sent to you via email 10 days before your birthday and remains valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

To make sure it reaches you, ensure you are subscribed to Henne emails by signing up to the newsletter at the bottom of our website, and keep an eye on your promotional and junk folders.

If you only wish to receive loyalty updates via email, you can select this option via the 'Manage Preferences' button at the bottom of the last email you received.

This is most likely because a birthday hasn't yet been added to your account. To update your details, log in to your account, navigate to your account page and enter your birthday.

If your birthday falls within the next ten days, enter your date and reach out to our team at customercare@henne.com.au - we're happy to assist from there.

Members can refer a friend who is a first-time customer only. Referrals are not valid if the referred friend has previously shopped with us. To qualify, the referred friend must sign up for an account, join The Collector loyalty program, and place their first order using the referral code

To opt out of the loyalty program, simply login to your account and select opt-out via the settings in your dashboard.
