How does The Collector by Henne work?
Our loyalty program offers you an opportunity to accrue Collector points on all purchases in-boutique and via our online store. These points allow you to move through The Collector program, and enable access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards. You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in-boutique and via our online store, excluding the value of shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order.Â
How do I join The Collector by Henne?
If you are a new or existing Henne customer, you are always welcome to join the program by opting in when you create an account with us. Create your account or opt-in here.
How do I earn Collector points?
With ease, we promise. Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in-boutique and via our online store, excluding the value of shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order. Points are issued after an order has been fulfilled, and any returned items will result in points being deducted. Please kindly note, Collector points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.
All customers will commence their Collector journey on 0 points, and no past purchases are able to be applied to a Collector account.
How do I check my Collector tier status?
Your tier status can be checked at any time, anywhere by logging into your The Collector by Henne account and reviewing it via the Loyalty dashboard.
What can I do with my Collector points?
Collector points allow you to progress through the tiers of our Henne loyalty program and receive access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards like birthday gifts and bonus discounts.
What happens to my Collector points when I return/cancel an order?
Collector points are rewarded after an order has been fulfilled. Please kindly note, any cancelled orders will not accrue loyalty points, and points will be deducted from the account upon any returned orders.
When do my Collector points expire?
Your personal tier status is reviewed and refreshed annually, from the date the account has been created. Throughout this 12-month period, you are able to earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or potentially move up a tier. The expiry date can be tracked via your Loyalty dashboard, and you will be notified if and when your Collector points are due to expire.
How long will I remain in each Collector tier?
Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed annually, from the date the account has been created. Throughout the 12-month period, you are able to earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or potentially move up a tier. If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next tier. If you do not accrue the minimum Collector points for your tier within 12 months, your status will resume to the below tier.
Why have I ascended a Collector tier?
When you receive this notification, you have earned enough Collector points to qualify for the next tier. Brava!
Why have I descended a Collector tier?
Tier status for the next 12 months is dependent on the number of Collector points accrued prior to tier expiry. If you have resumed to the below tier, this is because the qualifying point total has not been met prior to this date.
What are my Collector rewards?
Our loyalty rewards are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to Henne. Our rewards offer a hand-curated selection of exclusive offers, gifts and experiences. Tiers and included rewards can be found via your Loyalty dashboard.
Why do I already have Collector points?
To welcome you to our community, we have rewarded you with 100 bonus points for creating your loyalty account. If bonus Collector points have not been received, we kindly ask you to reach out to customercare@henne.com.au.
Can I use my Collector rewards in-store?
Of course. Rewards are eligible to be used or redeemed in-boutique, subject to availability.
How does refer-a-friend work?
Members are able to refer-a-friend who is first-time customer on the site only. Referrals will not work if the referred has previously shopped with us before.
Are my Collector points reflective of my local currency?
All Collector points are collected in AUD. Points will automatically be calculated to reflect the conversion from your local currency.
What if I want to delete my Collector account or opt out of the program?
To opt out of the loyalty program, simply login to your account and select opt-out via the settings in your dashboard.
