Store Manager - Location: Sydney, Paddington

Role Overview:

As the Store Manager at Henne's first Sydney boutique in Paddington, you will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and driving the success of our newest location. You will lead by example, ensuring that each client receives exceptional service while driving sales and fostering a customer-centric culture. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will be key in achieving our business objectives, from maximising sales opportunities to nurturing talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service, tailored to the unique needs of our clientele.
  • Manage a pool of casual retails staff, ensuring adequate training and learning development opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the store performance metrics and budget management, utilising KPIs to guide decision-making.
  • Drive and maximise sales performance of the team to achieve and exceed sales target objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active customer facing role on the sales floor through customer engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless store functionality and uphold the brand's standards.
  • Maintain operations by ensuring compliance with the company's operating guides.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the store operations.
  • Proficient in creating and managing employee rosters to ensure adequate coverage while optimising labour costs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Stock Coordinator to effectively manage stock levels and minimise discrepancies and theft.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
  • Responsible for managing the visual merchandising aligned with the company's standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Positive, energetic leadership style with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A client-centric customer service approach.
  • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and sales reports.
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
  • Full time availability on a Tuesday to Saturday rotation.

Stock Coordinator - Location: Sydney, Paddington

Role Overview:

As the Stock Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient stock operations and uphold the Henne brand values. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to maintaining organised stockrooms, optimising stock levels, and minimising discrepancies. You'll collaborate closely with management and the retail team to execute stock replenishment strategies and support the overall operational integrity of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock organisation and replenishment, including unpacking deliveries and conducting count checks.
  • Coordinate stocktakes and oversee stockroom organisation based on best practices.
  • Supervise stock counting processes and coach team members on accuracy and procedures.
  • Ensure timely processing of stock, including hanging, steaming and merchandising replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
  • Manage faulty products, coordinate stock counts, and assist retail floor staff during busy periods.
  • Manage Click & Collect orders, Phone Orders, and Wishlist reach-outs, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist with stock queries and provide support to the sales team.
  • Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner and reporting incidents promptly.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years experience in a similar stock or administrative role within a retail environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong brand alignment.
  • Experience in stock or administrative roles within retail is preferred.

Casual Retail Sales Assistant - Location: Sydney, Paddington

We are looking for experienced Retail Casuals at our Sydney Boutique to join our fast-growing Henne team! The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, driven by sales and passionate about providing excellent customer service to all.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and styling advice
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessory
  • Managing and maintaining the boutique's inventory and displays
  • Handling transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling
  • Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Assist with shop floor replenishment as required

About you:

  • Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
