The Collector, Henne’s loyalty program is offered by Henne Clothing Pty Ltd. to customers making purchases and to potential customers on henne.com.au, and in boutique(s). Henne will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time-to-time. These terms and conditions form the agreement between you (member) and company with respect to the program.
2. Member’s acceptance terms:
By participating in the The Collector program, members agree to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the program, including, without limitation, these terms and conditions, including the provisions below dealing with mandatory arbitration of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class verbal action) basis. Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program T&C’s. Company reserves the right to disqualify members who have violated any of the program T&C’s.
3. Company’s right to change/cancel program:
Henne has the right to alter, limit, modify, or terminate The Collector program, program structure, any other feature of the program, or these T&C’S in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in The Collector will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
4. Membership Eligibility:
The Collector is open to Australian and International residents. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Henne, in its sole and absolute discretion.
5. Membership Enrolment:
Individuals can enrol by creating an account at henne.com.au. The member must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. Henne reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrolment procedures. Member should promptly advise Henne of any changes to their personal account contact information, such as name, and/or email address, by visiting henne.com.au and updating their account.
6. Marketing & Promotional Communication:
Henne will communicate with members about marketing via email, SMS and other channels, regarding special member promotions, offers and more. Henne will also use these channels to communicate the member’s tier status, notify member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate program changes and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Henne may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Henne is not responsible if you do not notify us of any change of details, which may result in you not obtaining any benefit or the loss or downgrade of your loyalty tier.
7. Data Privacy:
Returns must be made in accordance with Henne’s return policy. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to tier status for the original purchase, will be deducted from the member’s account.
9. Eligible Purchases:
Purchases of merchandise, after promotional offers have been applied, before shipping charges have been applied, made at henne.com.au, and in boutique(s), count towards your tier status. The purchase of a gift-card will be applied to a tier level earning, on the purchaser's account. The redeeming of a gift card, will not be applied to tier level earning. Additional items may be excluded from Tier Level accumulation at the sole discretion of the company.
10. Tier Status:
The Collector tier status is based solely on a customer’s amount spent using the email registered with a loyalty account on henne.com.au. All customers will commence their Collector journey on 0 points, and no past purchases are able to be applied to a Collector account, nor are accounts eligible for merging.
The criteria for each tier are as follows and are subject to change at any time.
Tier 1 (Prima) 0-299 points
Tier 2 (Admirer) 299-1399 points
Tier 3 (Lover) 1399-2999 points
Tier 4 (Curator) 2999+ points

11. Valid Email Address:
A current, valid email address is required for a member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates. Member must notify Henne of change of email address by updating member account information online. Member may forget the password to their account as often as they please.
12. Right to Revoke:
Henne reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member in the program and/or revoke any or all benefits the member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of company, a member abuses any of the program privileges, fraudulently uses the program, fails to comply with these T&C’s or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.
13. No Transfer:
The Collector benefits/rewards may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
14. Program benefits and details:
All benefits offered to members at any time, are subject to change at the discretion of the company. Birthday rewards will be rewarded within the same week, of the customer's birthday, give their birthday is up-to-date within their loyalty account 30 days prior.
The birthday and anniversary rewards are an annual reward, valid for members of The Collector via henne.com.au and in boutique. Member must be signed into their loyalty account at the time of purchase, in order to redeem, and must redeem within 30 days. Terms of offer are subject to change. Minimum spend of $149 applies. Refer-a-friend reward is valid for new and existing members of the loyalty program. The referrer will receive 20 points to their account for each successful referral. The referred, will receive a discount, valid for 30 days and includes a minimum spend of $79.
15. Intellectual Property:
All program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by Henne.
