COVID DELAYS 

Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

We thank you for your patience and will keep you updated as we closely monitor the effect of any restrictions on our services. 

GREATER MELBOURNE DELAYS DUE TO COVID


Due to the current climate, Australia Post eParcel and Parcel Post deliveries in Greater Melbourne Metro will be paused for five days, from 12.01am Friday 1 October to 12.01am Wednesday 6 October.

If you wish to receive an order during the above dates, please select EXPRESS SHIPPING.

 

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

SAME DAY SERVICE

We offer a same day shipping service to customers located in Melbourne metro area. If your address is valid to select our same day service it will appear as an option in the checkout. You can also check availability using our post code validator, found on each product page.

 

  • Available between 12:01am and 12:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.
  • Please check eligibility via the post code validator found on each product page.
  • If your order is eligible for Same Day shipping, it will be displayed at checkout.
  • Track your delivery by contacting our customer care team via live chat, email or phone. Order by 12pm and have it delivered between 6pm and 9pm tonight (Monday-Friday). Order after 12pm and have it delivered between 6pm and 9pm next business day night service.
  • Any order placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday night.
  • Please note that if there is no safe location to leave the parcel and no-one is home, the courier will reattempt delivery the next business day. For this reason, please ensure someone is home to receive the parcel.
  • This service is not available on weekends and public holidays and is ONLY available to residential addresses. Please no PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or business addresses.

International customers can browse the site and check-out in AUS Dollars.

Processing Times

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-4 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

Pre-orders

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting customercare@henne.com.au.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.

Please note, if you wish to return a pre-order item for an exchange or refund, you will have 7 days from the date received to request your return via our returns portal here.
