Shipping and Delivery
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post (Domestic) & DHL (International)Â
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
- For International information regarding shipping fees, duties, and taxes, please refer to the international shipping & returns table below. If duties are not included, they will be calculated during checkout. Rest assured, there are no hidden surprises upon delivery.

Christmas Cut-off Dates & Returns Policy
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please make sure to place your order before the following cut-off dates:
- Parcel Post (All other states): Order by Friday, 20th December
- Parcel Post (WA & NT): Order by Monday, 16th December
- Express Post (All other states): Order by Monday, 23rd December
- Express Post (WA, NT & TAS): Order by Friday, 20th December
- DHL International Orders: (NZ ): Order by Monday, 16th December

SAME DAY SERVICE - Melbourne Only
We offer a same day shipping service from our Melbourne warehouse to customers located in Melbourne metro area. If your address is valid to select our same day service it will appear as an option in the checkout. You can also check availability using our post code validator, found on each product page.
- Available between 12:01am and 12:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.
- Please check eligibility via the post code validator found on each product page.
- If your order is eligible for Same Day shipping, it will be displayed at checkout.
- Track your delivery by contacting our customer care team via live chat, email or phone. Order by 12pm and have it delivered between 6pm and 9pm tonight (Monday-Friday). Order after 12pm and have it delivered between 6pm and 9pm next business day night service.
- Any order placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday night.
- Please note that if there is no safe location to leave the parcel and no-one is home, the courier will reattempt delivery the next business day. For this reason, please ensure someone is home to receive the parcel.
- This service is not available on weekends and public holidays and is ONLY available to residential addresses. Please no PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or business addresses.

SAME DAY DELIVERY FROM BOUTIQUE - MELB & SYD
Place your order by 11:00 am AEST to enjoy same-day delivery from our boutique locations, available for selected postcodes in Sydney and Melbourne. If your postcode qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.
- Deliveries are made by 5:00 pm.
- Pricing starts at $15, calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Same-day delivery is available Tuesday-Friday.

For express delivery within 3 hours, place your order by 2:00 pm AEST. Available in selected postcodes across Sydney and Melbourne, with delivery within a 3-hour window starting from 12:00 pm AEST.
- Pricing starts at $20, calculated at checkout based on your location.
- 3-hour delivery is available Tuesday-Friday.

Pre-orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting customercare@henne.com.au.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.
Please note, if you wish to return a pre-order item for an exchange or refund, you will have 7 days from the date received to request your return via our returns portal here.
