How often do you drop new pieces?
Henne drops a new capsule every fortnight. Keep an eye on our socials and the coming soon page for details on an upcoming release.
If an item you desire is out of stock, we kindly suggest registering your interest via the product page to be the first notified when the piece is back in stock.
When will you restock?
Due to Henne’s exclusive collections, we cannot guarantee a re-drop. However, please feel free to register your interest via the product page and keep updated via our socials, to be notified when your desired item is back in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to henne.com.au.
Afterpay
Available for Australian, New Zealand, United Kingdom, French, Italian, American, Spanish and Canadian customers. Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an Afterpay user, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order.

Do you have Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available in-store and online for customers purchasing from Australia, New Zealand, UK, US and Canada.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, it’s a decision made by your cardholder. It could be due to an incorrect card number, expiry date or account balance. Please get in touch with your bank to find out what has happened. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide using an international delivery service. For more information please check our shipping information page found here.
How long does shipping take?
A few days after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, with a tracking link. For further details, visit our shipping page here. Express orders within Australia should arrive within 1-3 business days. Standard orders should take 3 - 7 business days. Orders placed outside of Australia are shipped via DHL Express Priority and takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Delivery time will depend on location and local postal service capacity.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we now offer a Same Day service to customers located in the Melbourne Metro area. Order before 12pm and receive your order from 6pm-9pm the same day. Find out more here.
How will my order be shipped?
In an effort to be a more sustainable brand, all our parcels are sent with eco friendly packaging.
Will I need to be home for my delivery?
We request a signature on delivery for all parcels, if you are not home for delivery your package will be waiting for you at your local post office.
How do I track my order?
We have made it so easy! You will receive tracking details direct to your inbox once your piece has been shipped
Does Henne ship internationally?
Yes, International customers can browse the site and check-out in their local currency, by selecting available currencies in the header of our site.
If your local currency is not displayed, you can continue shopping with us in AUD.
Does Henne cover customs, duties and taxes?
Henne is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
What currency will I be charged in?
We currently offer several currency options. You may opt to shop in AUD, NZD, USD, EUR, HKD, GBP or SGD. For all other currencies, your price will be displayed and charged in AUD. The figure is then converted by your cardholder to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your cardholder.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I return my online purchase in-store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned in-store (within 14 days from the date received) for an exchange or credit note only.
Am I eligible for a refund if I use a discount at checkout?
Yes, you can return your items placed with a discount for a full refund or exchange.
What is your in-store returns policy?
If you have purchased your piece in our boutique we offer credit notes or exchanges on full priced items purchased in boutiques subject to the following conditions, found here.
Can I return a piece purchased in your Archive Sale?
Please note all orders placed during our exclusive Archive Sale are final sale, and cannot be returned.
What do I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect piece?
Please submit images of your faulty order here and await confirmation from our Customer Care team.
How do I know if my order has been received?
With every purchase made we will send you a confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, please check all junk folders, as email can frequently be hiding in there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at customercare@henne.com.au.
I made an error in my order, can I cancel?
Please email customercare@henne.com.au with all the details and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. We do work quickly, so it's possible that your order will already be processed, packed and shipped before we can request changes. If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we are able to amend, cancel and refund you the full amount.
What are Henne sets?
Henne Sets are curated outfits. If you bundle the entire set, you are eligible for a saving.
Can I return my Henne sets?
Customers may exchange pieces within any Henne Set – an item may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colour. We allow the return of a complete set for a full refund.
How can I use a gift voucher?
When you’re ready to checkout and are viewing the pieces in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your voucher code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Henne Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. E-Gift Cards recipients will receive an email notification with a code to use at checkout. Should you need to extend your gift card or have misplaced your email, please contact us at customercare@henne.com.au
