We offer payment via phone and arrange for your order to be posted direct to your door.

Physical gift cards may now be processed via phone order, and shipped directly to you. Please note - shipping charges apply. 

Phone Orders are available between 10am – 5.00pm AEDT, Tuesday - Sunday by calling 03 9108 5775 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply select your desired style and size via the product page and click "Find In Store". Availability will be displayed along with contact details to call and complete an over the phone order. Once our boutique have shipped your order, you will be notified via email with tracking details.

SHIPPING

Please note a shipping fee will apply as per our online shipping methods. Find our shipping thresholds here. Excludes international orders and evening delivery method.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Gift Cards for all phone orders. Unfortunately, we can’t process phone orders via AMEX, Diners, Paypal, Buy Now Pay Later Providers.

RETURNS

All phone order purchases are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as online & boutique purchases. (14 day return policy) If returning via the boutique, an exchange or credit note only will be granted. Please contact customercare@henne.com.au to proceed with your Phone Order Return.
