Place your order by 11:00 am AEST to enjoy same-day delivery from our boutique locations, available for selected postcodes in Sydney and Melbourne. If your postcode qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.
- Deliveries are made by 6:00 pm.
- Pricing starts at $15, calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Same-day delivery is available Tuesday-Friday.
- Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery as we cannot leave orders unattended or in a locker. An additional charge will apply for redelivery.
3 HOUR DELIVERY FROM BOUTIQUE
For express delivery within 3 hours, place your order by 2:00 pm AEST. Available in selected postcodes across Sydney and Melbourne, with delivery within a 3-hour window starting from 12:00 pm AEST.

- 3-hour delivery is available Tuesday-Friday.

HOW DO I PLACE A SAME-DAY DELIVERY FROM BOUTIQUE?
- Start by selecting your desired style and size via the size drop-down on the product page, then click 'Find in Store'. If the size is greyed out, you can still select it and click "Find in Store" to check availability at our boutiques.
- Once availability is confirmed, you'll see the 'Add to Bag' option. Simply select it, and your item will be added to your cart for delivery.
- At checkout, choose 'Ship' as your preferred delivery method. If your order contains multiple items, the shipping options will update based on availability across our locations.
- After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details, letting you know when your item is on its way to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AFTER THE CUT-OFF TIME?
If you place your order after the cut-off time, your order will be delivered the next day by 5 pm.

All same-day delivery orders are handled by our delivery partner, Rendr.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED USING SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

CAN I RETURN MY SAME DAY DELIVERY FROM BOUTIQUE ORDER?
Yes, you can. All same-day delivery orders follow the same Terms & Conditions as our online and boutique purchases, including our 14-day return policy. For example, if returning to a boutique, you will be eligible for an exchange or credit note. If returning online, you can choose a refund, exchange, or credit note in line with our returns policy. To return your order online, please use our Returns Portal.
WHAT DAYS IS SHIP FROM BOUTIQUE AVAILABLE?
Tuesday-Sunday. If you place your order Sunday after cut-off, you will see at checkout 'Get it by Tuesday'.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Yes, you must be present to accept the delivery. Notifications will be sent to you via SMS, email, and the tracking page, informing you of the requirement to be available to receive your package. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.
