SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As Senior Graphic Designer at Henne, you will be a key creative force within our Brand Marketing Team. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the translation of our brand vision into compelling, considered design across every touchpoint — from campaign assets and digital content through to packaging and motion.

This is a role for a designer who brings both strategic thinking and craft to every project — someone who can set creative direction at the concept stage and see it through to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Define and maintain Henne’s design codes — typography, colour, graphics, and illustration — ensuring consistency and distinctiveness across all brand touchpoints.
  • Drive the evolution of the visual identity in partnership with the Creative Director and Brand Marketing Manager, responding to seasonal direction and brand strategy.
  • Lead creative workshops, mood boards, and campaign presentations, setting direction at the concept and ideation stage.

Campaign & Content Design

  • Own end-to-end design direction and delivery of campaign assets across digital, print, boutique, and event channels — managing timelines from brief to final file.
  • Design platform-ready creative for eDMs, paid media, and social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta), tailored to each channel’s format and performance requirements.
  • Produce and edit video and motion content for campaigns and social, bringing the Henne brand to life through dynamic visual storytelling.
  • Provide art direction for brand content and eCommerce shoots as required.

Digital, Packaging & Collateral

  • Lead the design of website assets — banners, product imagery, and promotional graphics — applying UX best practices to strengthen the online brand experience.
  • Lead product packaging and labelling design, ensuring finishes reflect the Henne aesthetic, meet production specifications, and deliver a premium client experience.
  • Produce a broad range of marketing collateral including invitations, newsletters, and event-specific materials, maintaining brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Oversee photoshoot asset selection, editing, and organisation, maintaining clear file management standards and accessible creative libraries.
  • Monitor design trends and emerging technologies, translating insights into fresh ideas that keep Henne’s creative output ahead of the curve.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio spanning brand, campaign, digital, and print.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end, from concept through to final delivery, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in motion design and video production — the ability to bring a brand to life through moving image.
  • Strong understanding of digital design requirements across social, eDM, paid media, and web.
  • Experience with packaging design and print production processes.
  • A sharp eye for detail, considered aesthetic sensibility, and the confidence to present and champion creative work.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and an authentic connection to the Henne brand.

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping Henne's supply chain running smoothly. Based at our Hawthorn head office and reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you'll support inventory management, import logistics, and 3PL operations — gaining end-to-end exposure across the supply chain function.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Operations career who's ready to take ownership of operational tasks, work cross-functionally, and grow within a fast-moving fashion business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Import Logistics

  • Coordinate closely with Henne’s China-based 3PL partner to ensure timely inbound deliveries and accurate shipment routing to Australia.
  • Track inbound shipments and maintain up-to-date delivery schedules
  • Prepare and organise import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve documentation issues and monitor shipment progress
  • Support cost tracking and reconciliation for freight, duties, and tariffs

3PL Operations

  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with our 3PL warehouse, managing work orders and coordinating receipts, transfers, and fulfillment requests
  • Monitor 3PL performance data and investigate discrepancies between purchase orders, warehouse receipts, and system records
  • Support quality control procedures for incoming shipments and contribute to quarterly performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all systems, conducting regular inventory audits and corrections

General Administration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Maintain supply chain SOPs and process documentation
  • Respond to internal stakeholder queries regarding inventory, shipment status, and order tracking
  • Partner with the Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless warehouse-to-store operations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related operations role, preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
  • Effective communicator — able to liaise with internal teams and external partners (freight forwarders, 3PLs)
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with inventory or supply chain management systems is advantageous
  • A genuine interest in fashion and connection to the Henne brand
