Shipping & Delivery
Every order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, by Australia Post within Australia and DHL Express worldwide.
Dispatch
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, and orders placed on a Friday within the following 24 business hours. During high volume periods, please allow up to 3 business days.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed prior to dispatch. This processing time is separate from, and should not be included in, the estimated delivery timeframe.
Your tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. A signature is requested on delivery, though you are welcome to authorise us to leave your parcel at checkout.

Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders of $150 and above, and complimentary express to orders of $250 and above. Evening delivery is sent from our Melbourne warehouse, while same day and three hour are picked from boutique stock. Pricing for all three is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Evening delivery — Melbourne only.

Order before 12:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, for delivery between 6:00pm and 9:00pm that evening.

Orders placed after 12:00pm arrive the following evening, and orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday arrive Monday evening.

Residential addresses only, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or business addresses.

Unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel. If no one is available, the parcel will be returned to the store and delivery will be re-attempted on the next business day.

Evening delivery is not available in Cocoroc and Quandong (3030) and Warrandyte South and Warranwood (3134).
Same day — from our boutique, Melbourne and Sydney. Order before 11:00am AEST for delivery by 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday, to selected postcodes.
Three hour — from our boutique, Melbourne and Sydney. Order before 2:00pm AEST for delivery within a three hour window from 12:00pm, Monday to Saturday, to selected postcodes.
For same day and three hour delivery, please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel. We are unable to leave orders unattended or in a locker, and a redelivery fee applies.
Click & collect
Complimentary from our boutiques where available, with no minimum spend.
How it works. Select your size on the product page and choose Find in Boutique to check availability. Once confirmed, add your piece to your bag and select Pick Up at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours, and you are welcome to collect during boutique trading hours. Please bring your collection email with you.
A few things to know. Not every style is available for collection, and the Click and Collect option will only appear at checkout when every piece in your bag can be collected. Should you wish to order a mix, we kindly ask you place a separate order for each. If a piece is unavailable once your order reaches the boutique, our team will be in touch and refund it to your original payment method. Where a boutique arranges for your order to be sent from another location, our ship from boutique terms apply and a fee may be charged.
Returns. Click & collect orders follow our usual returns policy. Return to a boutique within 14 days for a refund, exchange or credit note, or lodge through the Returns Portal to exchange for an online style or size.
Haven't heard from us? Should your order confirmation not arrive within two to three hours, please email customercare@henne.com.au. Should your collection notification not arrive within a day of trading hours, please contact your boutique.
Pre-orders
Select items are available for pre-order and will be clearly marked on the product page with their anticipated ship date. Payment is captured in full when you place your order. If you wish to cancel before the anticipated ship date, please email customercare@henne.com.au.
If you order a pre-order piece alongside in-stock items, your order will be split, with available pieces sent first and the pre-order item dispatched once it arrives. International orders cannot be split and will be dispatched together once the pre-order is ready.
Pre-order returns follow our usual returns policy and must be lodged through our Returns Portal.
Phone orders
Available from our boutiques. Order by phone and we will post your order direct to your door, or collect it in person — whichever suits. Shipping is charged as above, and international orders and evening delivery are excluded. Full details are on our Phone Orders page.
International — DHL Express
Transit times are in business days from dispatch and exclude any customs clearance. Duties and taxes are settled before your order arrives, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
